Vascular Access Centers was founded in 2005 by James F. McGuckin, M.D. an Interventional Radiologist with a vision of providing enhanced patient care through clinical excellence and unparalleled service.

Vascular Access Centers partners with Nephrologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Interventional Radiologist to develop and manage vascular access practices. The partnerships are structured on the needs of individual physicians and market opportunities.

Site Selection and Buildout

  • VAC management brings expertise to secure location and leases. VAC's development team facilitates and manages the build out. Centers can be operational in as little as four months.

 Operations

  • VAC manages operations, staffing, training, education as well as protocol guidelines. VAC leadership provides the structure to govern the procedure and staff in order to comply with federal and state regulations.

Educational Programs

  • A structured educational offering is developed for each location. Programs run from direct office and clinic in-service to accredited CE programs.

Vendor Contract

  • VAC’s buying power has enabled it to negotiate national contracts for preferred pricing on equipment and supplies.

Billing & Reimbursement

  • VAC brings years of experience to vascular billing and collections.
